4. New mold develop
The new mold will be developed by our experienced engineers. Drawings will be offered for preparing artowrk in 2 days

2. Choose tin mold
A quick search will proceed in 2000 existing tin molds. With mold, go to  Step 5; without, go to step 3
1. Concept 
Tell us about your packaging goods and requirement, a preliminary solution will be sent for your review in 24 hours.

5. Bespoke sample
Samples will be created for evaluation and you can make any amendments at this stage.
3. 3D model & hand-made sample
A plastic sample will be created based on 3D design before developing new mold.

6. Mass production
After sample approved, the mass production will be arranged under quality control.(ISO 9001 & AQL 2.5/4.0)
